I echo the other comments--Jeo is fabulous/excellent. He is incredibly professional--polite, shows up when he says he will, gets the job done in the estimated time frame, and does quality work. He increased the estimate on power washing when he got to our house since he estimated based on my estimate of outside square footage. It was a fair increase and it would have been unfair for anyone to have held him to his original estimate. Our house looks great and we have him coming back to do some interior paint touch-ups that we can't get to.
