JC tree service

The owner of this business did not notify us that he needed access to our property. He removed 18 feet of our fence, damaging it. Trampled and crushed the flower beds, debris in the pond, deep pot holes in the yard, moved the rock work around our pond, left our yard unsecured for 3 days, and after he knew I was upset, dumped hundreds of pounds of stumps on our front yard. Pile of wood chips in the yard and sticks in our parking space and ally. Putting the fence back? Not his problem in his opinion. When this started I found a business card and called the number and left several messages. 2 days later he called me back and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Talked over me any time I tried to talk. Started off denying that the fence was even mine, and that I didn't know when I had my own fence installed. Denied that our front yard was even ours. Flat out lies. This guy thinks that proper written notice/request for entry is leaving a business card wedged in your front door jam the day before he starts tearing your property apart. He can't be that knowledgeable about what he does because he only got a one day parking permit for a job that has taken him more than 4 days to do, and do rather poorly.
