Terrible experience after being a good customer for 15 years. 82.8 degrees internal temperature in our limo bus. Manager/owner could care less. Was told We had a lot of people in a limo bus that was for 24. We had 22 including children. Also told its a black limo bus with lots of windows which makes it warmer inside. Told 82.8 degrees may not be comfortable For you.but it is for others. Unreal. Buyer beware and ask about these issues when renting. We went to NYC that day outside temperature was 82 in NY rained the whole way there no sun. Floor of limo was radiating heat. Couldn’t imagine being a wedding party

The drivers were very professional but friendly and the vans were clean and comfortable. The office staff reminded us about the upcoming schedules, who our driver was and confirmed all. We're very pleased and recommend J&J Luxury Transportation

Arrived on time with an upgraded vehicle. The only downside was waiting in the cold while he went to get the vehicle. He should have suggested that we wait inside with the bags until he pulled up. Driver was helpful with the luggage, pleasant, and a safe driver.

There were 6 of us going to the wedding.  We were picked up promptly in a limo van which was spotless inside and out.  I had been expecting a regular van and was quite surprised when we were provided with a Mercedes limo van.  When booking I had asked about having a Suburban or SUV and was told that since it was such a long trip (2 3/4 hours each way) that a van would be roomier and more comfortable for the passengers, and they were oh so right!  Our driver Saeed was punctual, professional, courteous and an excellent driver.  We arrived at the church in plenty of time.  He waited for us, took us to the reception, waited during the reception time and then drove us home. 

The traffic was a nightmare on a Sunday evening on the north shore of Long Island.  I felt totally safe with the skill of our driver and would definitely book with J&J Luxury Limousine again.  Our next trip to the airport will be with J&J!

It was all inclusive. This was the first time we've used a limo service. I called a couple of folks before we settled on them. The driver's name was Vons. He was very professional and nice. He was on time both for the drop off and pickup. The vehicle was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had 4 adults with luggage and we had plenty of room. It was a very comfortable ride.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company Trip was for a retirement party and they took care of everything after my first call. Driver was right on time and professional. Would definitely recommend

I was very pleased with how everything went. Scheduling the dates and times went smoothly with the office. I received a call from the driver John Orlic the evening before to confirm time and schedule. He arrived promptly on time. The limousine was clean and comfortable. John was very knowledgable of New York City. We arrived 1 hour before show as we requested and he was waiting directly in front of Radio City Music Hall when show was over. I was very impressed with this due to the traffic John had to deal with.
I will definitely refer Driver John Orlic and Jand J Limousine Service to friends and Family.

The limo arrived promptly and the driver was very courteous and professional. We enjoyed the ride up to my mom's, listening to the sound system. This was a Mercedes extended van. It was tall, which made movement within the van quite easy. However, a tall vehicle like this on a relatively narrow wheelbase meant that the ride was not as smooth as we would have liked. There was quite a bit of swaying inside the passenger cabin which could have been a big problem with someone prone to motion sickness. However, our biggest complaint was that the TV DID NOT WORK! There was a nice sized flat screen TV in the front of the cabin. We brought along DVD's to watch on the long trip back from my mom's. After we put a DVD in the player we tried to turn the TV on. There were no controls! The driver seemed a little confused about what to do, but mentioned that he thought we needed a remote control. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Once we got the to party site, the driver dug around and found the remote wedged between some cushions. That was the good news. The BAD news was that the TV still did not work! The remote lit up but did not activate the TV. So on the way home we could not play movies as well. The TV was a major feature in our consideration of renting this limo. We were extremely disappointed and complained to Jand J. We requested compensation for not getting what we paid for. They offered us a $25 gift certificate towards a future limo service. That was insulting. Jand J failed to test all of the equipment in their vehicle before our trip. That was negligent. For Angie's List readers- beware! Before you leave in one of their limos make sure everything works. We will never hire them again.

This is the second time we used J and J for this service. The previous time we just went round trip to ABE. When we decided to try our experience from Newark we balanced the price of driving ourselves to ABE and using J and J to Newark. It was the right decision.
They made the stressful experience of flying so much easier. They arrived about 20 minutes early on our trip to Newark, packed our luggage into a spanking clean limousine and we just had to sit back and relax. We arrived early and didn't have to deal with traffic.
On our return flight it was comforting knowing that we wouldn't have to negotiate the parking lot.
There was a lot of traffic on our rush hour trip but the driver handled it well and was courteous and competent. I will use J and J on our next trip and request the same driver.

They were on time and drove well and was very courteous. My overall experience with them was excellent.

They are great. They are friendly and accurate. They have one driver that is really awesome. I really like them.

We had scheduled the airport taxi trip from our home in Bethlehem to the ABE airport with Jand J for the morning of October 8. Our plane was due to leave at 9:30 AM and the pickup at our home was set for 8:00 AM. At 8:10 AM the taxi had not yet arrived so we called Jand J to inquire about the delay. We were told the driver had another customer before us and that he would be at our house in 15 minutes (i.e., at 8:25 AM). We indicated our displeasure with the delay, but were hopeful that we could still make the flight. By 8:30 AM the driver had STILL NOT ARRIVED. We called again and were told the driver was on his way and would be there in another 10 to 15 minutes. When we asked where exactly the driver was, we were told that he was near the Bethlehem Sands Casino, which meant that he was at least 15 minutes from our home in northeast Bethlehem. We said this was totally unacceptable and that we would almost certainly now miss our flight. During all this delay, the taxi service never once called called either of our contact telephone numbers they had requested of us at the time of reservation. Had we not called the service, we would have no idea what was going on!

At that point, I saw a neighbor in his driveway and asked if he would be able to take us to the airport. He did so immediately and we called Jand J again and cancelled the taxi. After a whirlwind drive to the airport and a dash through security, we just barely made it onto our flight in time as they were boarding the plane at the gate when we arrived.

We were completely disappointed at the poor level of punctuality demonstrated by the Jand J Limo Service. DO NOT...repeat DO NOT...use this company for any trip that needs to occur in a timely fashion. Better yet...DON'T use them at all. We certainly will never use them again.
