Rocco has done wonders in rehabbing houses for me. He restored two houses by gutting the houses completely and made them look brand new. As a result, I fetched top $ on those two. He did many other projects as well. He is very smart and repaired many windows and valves for instance where most other contractors would suggest replacing them. I saved a lot of money and time because of his effort. He is also very reliable, and a great listener, and does a lot of extra for free.
