Terrible, I called this man Fred to repair our shed doors. Told him what we needed. He told us he was very busy and could not get to us right away. I said ok. He asked me to send him pics of the shed. I did send 6. Next thing I know, he calls me on Monday and says he is coming. I told him you never gave us an estimate, and he told me he doesn t do that until he sees the job. Starts working and doesn t even give us an estimate. 30 min later, he s done and tells my husband 200$, no invoice provided. I feel that it is way too much to pay for 4 screws. My husband called him on Friday. This man was very rude. He called my husband a racist and was cursing at him. Told him I m coming to see you. He also told my husband that he was dumber than me. This was totally uncalled for; all we did was tell him we thought his price was too much. And that we never heard is that no one just shows up and starts the work. Then, not even providing an invoice, I had to ask him. He told me not to mail the check and that he would come pick it up. I m not doing that. This man threatened my husband; he is not coming on my property again, and he is totally unprofessional.

They removed snow from my driveway, cleaned my cars and threw ice melt down. I was pleased with the work.

The company was easy to reach which was especially helpful for emergency snow removal during the recent snow storm . They followed instructions and the company took good care of what was needed to make it safe. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

Integrated Property Solutions Co is the way to go. I have hired this company to do several jobs in my home from cabinetry to painting. They are knowledgeable, detailed and hard working. They don't cut any corners and we are very happy with the work done. We were so happy with this company that when my mother moved to the state we used them to redo her whole house from bathrooms to a new kitchen, painting, putting up a fence, etc. We will definitely be using them again.

I received a call right away, moments after I went on homeadvisors.com. He was at my house within 15 minutes! Super courteous, friendly able to listen, and understand that this was an unexpected expense and work within our budget.

His work is great, and I have not heard any complaints. He always answers my calls and I would recommend them.
