In the Light Contracting LLC

This review concerns the responsiveness of In The Light Contracting concerning an estimate that I had requested for replacing a skylight. Someone came over and took the time to assess the situation and take measurements. That was over two months ago. We have heard nothing since then. I contacted the business a couple of days ago and expressed my concern over the lack of follow-up. If you're going to take time out, come over, and show an interest in wanting the job, then get back to the customer (and we hired this company in the past) in a timely manner. I told them not to bother at this point and that I gave my business to someone else. I haven't even heard from them concerning that e-mail. They may do decent work but this lack of getting back to the customer is a deal breaker.

I saw this contractor doing a job at our neighbors house. It was the kind of job that I was, for some time, considering having done at my residence. I went up to Bryson and asked if, when he had the time, to come to my house as I would like similar work done.

It was done in a very professional manner and even fixed a few things with the siding withourt question
