ICS were complete professionals from start to finish. John Heckenberger's estimate was extremely competitive and lower than some others I had received. He was knowledgeable and explained all options. The installation team of Will and TJ arrived on time, provided floor coverings and completed the job is a timely manner...despite having to work in the rain. I was completed impressed with ICS and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

The project went very well. My air conditioning was on its last legs in the middle of a blistering heat wave. ICS moved us up in their schedule and accomplished a difficult job in two days. They put the necessary resources on the job to get in done on time. We were very appreciative because our system had broken down. We have a Spacepak A/C system, which is not too common, but they were the only contractor in the Lehigh Valley recommended by Spacepak. I was impressed with the training and expertise of their installers. They also had all the latest tools and equipment that assured a good installation and a smooth running system. The system has been working beautifully through some very hot days.

Everything went wonderfully! From the free consultation/quote to the end result--- a cool house, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable We knew from the beginning that they had years of experience behind them. We had 3 quotes done and while ICS sat in the middle of the price range, they were extremely flexible in assisting us with getting our AC installed--especially in the beginning days of a heat wave. They even rearranged their schedule with another of their clients just to get our house cool again. That was greatly appreciated. Greatly. I would highly recommend ICS for your services!

Just fine. A most user-friendly company. ICS had been performing maintenance on my aging unit, so I knew their technicians to be on time, thorough, informative. ICS gave me three choices for a new unit, explained the differences. I picked the most advanced of the three, but, as I am a dinosaur, my concern about the replacement unit was that I would be getting a system way tech-savvier than I am. It is, but they talked me through the process of using the panel and I have been having excellently evenly cooled air conditioning beginning with the end of this unusually hot June.

I used them last year for a new A/C & heating system at my office. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that does what they say they will do. Very professional. I then had them repair my water boiler at home. Watched their tech perform the service. He ripped it much farther down than my previous company. Unclogged some lines & replaced the water valve. He explained what and why he was doing what he was. Works great now. Then I had them install two - three zone ductless systems in apartments that I own. Their price was MUCH better than some of the others I got. They did a great job. Always kept me informed and made sure I was happy with their work. They are now my go to HVAC company. They will be coming back in spring to do some repairs on my central air system. Fair price. Quality work and they do what they say they will and more. A real pleasure to work with.
