I scheduled the appt to have an estimate. He took measurements and gave me an estimate. When I made my decision and paid the down payment, they ordered the window. It came in earlier than estimated. They called to schedule the install and arrived on time to install. Very professional and cleaned up all the debris as he went. Very pleased.

It wentvery well and we're totally satisfied. Th work was done as scheduled and promptly--installer cleaned up well. The pre-buying experience was greatas wll. The salesman was not pushy and gve us all the options and answrd all of our qestions. Once we selected the item he was always availble for questions both before and after the installation. Would definitey recommend their services!

My whole experience was great. Very professional. They put three new doors on in one day. They were prompt on all the appointments. Kept us posted on the progress while the doors were being made. These doors were replaced at my parents home but I setup everything and as the saying goes if Momma ain't happy, no one is going to be happy - well she is very happy! I have already recommended them to a relative and will definately use them again in the future. They have a huge selection to choose from. The doors are super sturdy, highly insulated and have really changed the sound to the room since the old doors were wood doors.

Everything was good. I can't complain. They got everything done in one day - that really stood out to me.

Initial work overall was good
lifetime guarentee is on sliding glass doors. Had problems with two of them. Follow up on problems was not good service. Finally came out, said they would be back in touch as whole door might have to be replaced and never heard from them.

Great. They came out for an estimate, and offered a coupon to take $100 off each window. After about 6 weeks, the windows came in and they installed them without any issues.

They replaced one storm window on one of our original double hung windows. They came and replaced the broken storm window. Did a very good job. Not much more to say. We were happy with the job and price.

I couldn't be happier with the work. The salesman came when he said he would, help me with the options, and gave a good estimate of the timetable for the work. Another professional came over to do the exact measures of the windows. The installers showed up right on time and were extremely careful working about the inside of the house and cleaned everything up perfectly. The installation both on the inside and the outside were complete beautifully. The installer did recommend doing the outside just a little different then I had originally requested based on his experience and he was certainly right. There was a minor issue with a broken part in one of the handles, but the installer pointed it out and immediately took steps to have the issue corrected. I am just thrilled with these windows and the workmanship.

The work was okay; they did not properly finish off the trim work but the windows work fine. The choice of windows was easy because the options were limited; there were only so many sizes I had to choose from. They were professional, fast and clean. The girl at the front desk was very professional; the customer service was very good.

I was not home when the window was installed but when I arrived home, old window was out, new window was installed and area was cleaned up. window works great.

I felt a little rushed the day of the instal by the crew.

They did what they said they would do, When they said they would do it. They did an excellent job and were professional and courteous.

They were the only people willing to come out and replace one window. They were great and worked well with me for the custom built window. They made the job happen and I was very happy with that.

Our back door was forced open and the frame was broken. The response to the initial call was quick. The estimate was reasonable. The approximate date of the install was given as 4 weeks because the door frame was broken and we could not use th back door. The door had not come in by the 4 week lead time, but when I called I was told when it was due and given a tentative date for the installation. The door was installed but the back porch light switch was shorted out during the install. Overall the quality was good although I thought I paid for the wood around the door frame to be painted, it was not. Maybe I didn't pay for that. This is the second time we have had work done by this company. We had an awning replaced a few years ago. I would contact them again if I needed anything done.

They  scheduled an apointment with me at my convenience shortly after I contacted the company.  The salesman came to my house to measure my windows, showed me my options, and explained everything about the windows, the installation process and the lead containment law which applied to my existing windows.  I was given a price and gave him a down payment.   Another man came to do the final measurements the following week.  When the windows were ready, they called and told me when to expect them.  They were on time, very polite and professional.  I was not home while the installation was done, but am very pleased with the quality of the windows, the caulking inside and out, and the capping.  They were very neat and I saw no sign of damage to the inside of my house or to my garden area.   I had some windows installed last summer by one of the big box stores that I am happy with, but had to caulk the inside frame and some of my wooden trim.   Hess took care of this work. Also, the price per window was comparable.  I am very pleased with the windows, the installation, and the quality of the employees, and would recommend this company for windows.

The job went very well. They do very high quality work, they were timely, they did it when they promised, and the price was good.

We appreciated their promptness and courtesy. 8 windows were expertly installed. All the dirt from the old windows was immediately taken care of. They took the old windows and discarded them. All the workers were pleasant. It was a very good experience and I love my new windows. We were shown how to use the windows once they were installed and the job was complete. I would highly recommend Hess Windows.

They did a very good job. They were really helpful. We had some water damage and they took out all the rotten wood. They repaired everything.

I got two quotes and Hess was the lowest. The estimator was very professional and explained everything, and made some good suggestions. The crew arrived when promised, and completed the work on time. The workmanship is excellent, very neat caulking job, nicely formed aluminum, everything looks great -- better than I expected. The cleaned up very thoroughly, no scraps or nails anywhere. Final price was exactly as quoted. I'm very pleased and would certainly use them again for future work.

They have a 20 year warranty on all of their work. They are very good about returning phone calls and they are very punctual in coming out to give me quotes. They have been very patient with me in figuring out what I wanted to do.

It feels like a very personal business and the quality of their merchandise is excellent. The guys that come out to work are very professional and fast. I would highly recommend them
