Wonderful. We had sold a house and had to upgrade a few electrical outlets. We also asked if we should upgrade a few other items to make the sale go faster. Instead of seeing a quick sale, Ryan was very honest and said not to upgrade anything except for the outlets. The other items would have been around $2,500. Needless to say we sold the house in days and did not have to do any further upgrades. He saved us the $2,500!
Would definitely recommend him and we will be using him in the future. Honesty is priceless!
