Can't report on the quality of their work because I didn't use them. I did TRY to get a valid, written quote from them; however, after paying $55 for said quote and NOT receiving it for almost 3 months, I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get my $55 back. They had questions about the township's inspector's report and made ONE call to try to get answers. I called and spoke with the inspector 3 times, as well as conversed with him via email, multiple times. I, basically, did THEIR work AND paid for the quote...one I requested multiple times. Their plumber came here to view the scope of the job on January 17, 2019 and my last request for the quote was on March 25, 2019! Over 3 weeks later when, and ONLY when, I requested a refund of the $55, because I didn't get the quote, was it sent to me. By that time I had a received a quote from another plumber, had the work done AND had the work approved by the inspector! Oh, by the way, they quoted $3,727.00! All work was performed, phenomenally well, by the OTHER plumber for $1,695.00!!

It went extremely well. I called Them as they referred to me by a neighbor and they can anfpd took care of my issue the same day. Very nice people! Quality work!

This company is well known in our area and been around for quite some time.  He did a great job for us and I would hire again in the future.

Everything was fine and I know he had to come back. He was pleasant and got the work done. Everything works fine.

I trust this company. He was very honest. They had very prompt service. The job was done in a timely manor. I had used this company five times before.

It went horribly. The plumber called me while he was on site and we discussed the job. He called me periodically as he completed individual jobs. All through the project I inquired about the charges. Before authorizing the last job (replacing the tub spout) I asked how much that job would be. He said he couldn't quote an exact amount, but the total, for everything would be in the "low $200" range. Yet, I received an invoice for over $400. I tried to resolve with Fred Moyer directly and he insisted that his plumber had no right to be quoting amounts and would not honor the "low $200" amount amount. Further, the plumber told me that he did NOT need to use the power machine to clean the drain, yet I was charged for it. I disputed that charge and Fred claimed that since his plumber documented it, it must have happened. In fact, Fred later confirmed my version & removed the power drain cleaning charge, leaving me with a $350 bill, still much higher than the $200 I expected.
