FIRST UNITED LAND TRANSFER

I highly recommend First United. There's a lot of stress that comes with moving and buying and selling a home, and this was one part of the process that I didn't have to worry about at all. We recently relocated from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. With our previous home purchases and sales, we have always had a real estate agent and a lawyer to handle the transaction. This time, since we were buying a home from a family member, we were on our own. Victor was very patient in answering all of my questions about costs and processes in a new state. His team handled all of the paperwork smoothly and professionally and they even changed the location of the closing, since one of the people involved had been injured and couldn't travel easily. One thing we were worried about was the wire transfer--we had the proceeds from the sale of our previous house transferred for payment toward the new house. Victor applied the funds toward our purchase and had a check ready for us at the closing for the balance of the funds.
