First Impression Cleaning

They were doing a great job, but they can't keep their workers. I went through three different groups of staff in the short time I used them. It is very frustrating having to re-instruct each new group of workers on how to complete the work. One time they called me when they were running late asking if they could come later in the afternoon instead of the morning appointment they missed. Normally I can be flexible and adjust my schedule, but they called me so late that I was unable to work with them. I called them one Friday afternoon to see if they could do a quick clean for me on Saturday morning. He called me back after 2 pm on Saturday to confirm my appointment for Wednesday, but he said he never received a call from me Friday. He out right lied to me about this because they always confirmed my Wednesday appointments the day before. I didn't use them again after he lied to me.

THEY CLEANED THE BATHROOMS, DUSTED, VACUUMED, AND CLEANED THINGS THEY FELT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED THAT WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND, IE.) CEILING FANS. I HAD A REFRIGERATOR REPAIR MAN OVER. WHILE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS PULLED OUT THE HUSBAND VACUUMED AND CLEANED THE DUST AND DIRT WITHOUT BEING ASKED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH FIRST IMPRESSION SERVICES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS. THANKS. JoAnne.

We got them through Angie's List. They are independent. They are very reliable and prompt. They come as and when they want. As far as stranger coming to the house, I feel everything is fine, perfectly fine. There is no problem with that at all. I do not have anything negative to say about them. They are doing a fine job for us. I am pleased with them completely and I will keep using them. I feel they can be cleaner and they could be doing better. They do a fine job but they could do better. They are perfectly fine and I am still using them because they are fine. They have been professional.

overall, the experience went well. Since the first time was a fill in for me on the start, they had to bring their son until it was time for him to go to school. They kept a watch on him, and he seemed fine. I have recommended Lani and TJ to my Sister in Law, and my neighbor, and hope that works out well for everyone else also.

They were prompt and adjusted their time lines to fit the needs, performed the cleaning very well and in time. The only thing missed was cleaning out of the bottom of empty counters that was mentioned initially but it was a miss on my part too ask at the end. I would recommend them for the price and quality.

I called First Impression Cleaning to hire a service for a one-time cleaning job and Leilani came and did an estimate. She came on time for the estimate, and she was very professional yet very friendly, looked over the house, took notes and agreed to call within 2 days with her estimate. She called within the agreed on timeframe, and her estimate was very reasonable. She made an effort to come when i needed her to, not just when she could fit it in her schedule. Her and her partner (husband) arrived on time and started work immediately. I had to go back to my office but i felt very comfortable leaving them to do the work while i wasn't there. They own the business and have a real stake in being professional and trustworthy, which you won't find with other "brand name" cleaning services. They did a great job - it was exactly what i wanted done, which was a better job than i would have had the time or inclination to do myself. This started out as a one-time cleaning since i was hosting a family birthday party, but i will most likely be calling to get them on a regular basis. In my opinion, First Impression Cleaning does an excellent job and is well worth the fee they charge.

Overall experience is great. First Impression owners are the cleaners, so you are not dealing with any outside employees. The go that extra step to clean bedroom floors, kitchen cabinets, dirty spots on the walls, etc.

This cleaning was first rate. The owner provided me with an estimate based on just the work I needed: a full cleaning of two bathrooms and vacuuming and dusting of everything else. She seemed honest and competent, and I was not disappointed! She arrived on time and performed the cleaning with a keen eye for detail. Being the first cleaning, it took longer than anticipated. But she stayed until the house sparkled and kept to the quoted price. She offers $$ off on first and second cleanings as well as for referrals. I was so pleased I hired her for weekly cleanings.
