Firestone Complete Auto Care are very prompt and very quick. I've used them another time, for a car inspection. I enjoyed the people there. They're very friendly. They seem very knowledgeable and they know what they're doing. Their prices are reasonable. They quickly understood what we needed and were accommodating to when it would get done. I dropped it off and they asked me what time would be convenient for me to pick it up. I said the next morning and they said that was fine. But an hour and a half later, they said the car was ready.

went to firestone for their road force balancing which is priced at 12/wheel; best price i found after calling around to quite a few shops. they also fixed a nail in one of the tires. the facility is very new, the people i dealt with were very nice and the work was done right. the ride in our van is now smooth as glass. would use them again without hesitation.

I have never had an oil change take longer than 30 minutes; this Oil change took over 2 hours. They tried to sell me $891 of extra services and parts. They talked me into 'cleaning' my rear drum brakes for $33. When I discussed this brake cleaning service with a retired mechanic, he said this should have been a free service, as all they did was take off one part and blow in compressed air to clean. I felt that they were simply trying to 'upsell' me anything that could possible need replacing, updating, or cleaning: battery, tires, coolant system, transmission fluid, fuel system, air filters, alignment.
