Description of Work: Everything was fine, but we "bundled and got a great price for the combination of computer, phone and TV's...they do not have that...or at least did not at the time we switched to RCN

Description of Work: We pay $179.70 per 6-month period. Recently we got a new computer and needed their assistance on changing some of the settings.
