Ehrlich Pest Control

On the 24th of January, I paid and signed for a 365 dollar inspection of my house. He set down glue traps and claimed to come the following week for a checkup. The next week, no show and no call. I got a call a couple days later about an appointment and I called and asked to cancel everything I was signed up for. Today I check my bank statements and I have been charged fifty dollars for the past four months without my knowledge or any services performed. I call to cancel AGAIN and get a refund and they are telling me that there is nothing they can do to give me back the 200 dollars they’ve stolen from me. This place is a scam and unprofessional. They will rob you blind and try to justify it. I have not received a call, text or email with any receipts regarding these transactions and I wasn’t even aware that I was on a plan.

They are wonderful. I know people who have them. They love them too.

They come every 4 months. They will come in the springtime too if you need them. I have a contract with them, it comes out to about $40 a month that I have to pay. They come out as soon as I call them. I can call them if I have a problem. I've been using them for many years. I did not live here at the time but they serviced here. It was probably sometime in the mid 70's. I used to have the same technician. He was such a wonderful guy. He left to start his own business. That just happened in the last year. Then they were giving me whoever was available. We have someone new. I think I have met twice. He was nice and polite. If I find someone I really like I hold onto them. I tell them how wonderful they are, and I know people who have them.

Great for many years and then staff changed frequently, would constantly change long standing appointments, arrive hours late and finally not at all. Like many companies the bean counters take over and customer service disappears. After constant unilateral schedule changes, gave them one more chance to arrive as agreed. Never showed up. Techs are good and knowledgeable, but company way to hard to deal with. Would stay away from service contract as they take these customers for granted.

Fine. One treatment and in a couple days no more crickets or their remnants.

Their really good otherwise we wouldn't have kept them that's for sure.

You can always get in touch with them, if there is a problem and their always on time, you could  rely on them for anything cause we've also keep a contract with them that they'll come anytime if  you do see something that you don't like, like the carpenter ants sometimes they stay outside they come right away and take care of it.

They're short staffed so you get a different guy every time. So, when they come we have to go over everything with them every time, if we're not here they're supposed to leave a message and then come back, but they say they did it. How are we supposed to know if they really did it. There's not a lot of companies that do what we need done and we've used them for years so we've hung with them.

Excellent! Very happy with the service tech. He arrived on time and explained the entire process to me so I knew what to expect.

Truthfully, I have been using them for about 10 years, but I only allow one service person to come to my property, I receive excellent service from this service person. 
Lately, their prices have been increasing for the same service which is minimal.  The main reason that I continue to use them is because I work in NJ and they are the only provider that will come at 7am on a weekday morning.
They also provided services when I had squirrels in the attic - I found this service to be somewhat costly and their responsiveness, once the traps were in place to be less than stellar.

Very professional and pleasant, both the office and the person who did the work. Responded quickly.

I have had Ehrlich for years, very happy with my technician. Mark always knows what to do and what to check for and takes care of any concerns that I have. Great customer service whenever I call and need extra services they will always work around my schedule.
