Doug Koffel with Prudential Patt White Real Estate

This is our first time selling a home and of course it is a stressful time. Doug has added to that stress. He was very responsive and helpful up until the contract was signed. Once under contract he has been unresponsive, does not appear to be doing much to sell our home, rarely answers his phone, often does not return phone calls, text messages or emails. I am sure there are plenty of good agents out there and may even be many associated with Patt White but Doug does not seem to be one of them.
