Dietrick Group, LLC is a Lehigh Valley, PA based full-service real estate advisory company specializing in commercial and residential sales/leasing, commercial appraisal and property management throughout the greater Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton area. We take pride in assisting our clients in making the best possible decisions when it comes to their real estate matters. With more than 50 years of combined experience, Dietrick Group has three individuals who are general Associate Members of the Appraisal Institute, as well as owners and partners with other affiliations and memberships in CCIM, SIOR and IREM. In all, Dietrick Group is best qualified to handle the most complex of projects to the simplest of analyses, with all the professionalism, sensitivity and expertise expected from your most trusted real estate advisors. For the first year after our departure, we used another local property management company and had a horrible experience! The customer service was extremely poor: office staff was rude the moment you walked in, our account manager would take several days/weeks to respond to emails/phone calls, everyone at the company made us feel like we were bothering them. Not only were their "people" skills terrible, but their management was about as terrible: accounting and billing documents were confusing, we would be quoted for service and then billed a different higher amount. I can't understand how this company stays in business.
BUT, then we were referred to Dietrick Property Management.
Ryan Dietrick, one of the owners has been nothing but friendly, prompt and professional. All the staff are extremely courteous and prompt in responding to emails, texts, and calls. Their billing is clear and easy to understand, and the work done is as quoted and professional.
Even if we hadn't had such a bad experience with the previous company, I couldn't say enough good things about how wonderful they have been to do business with. I would highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
They have provided: property management, certificate of inspection repairs and coordination, rental listing and tenant search, general upkeep and repair, rent collection.
