My experience has gone very well . The staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I have used them for quite some time now. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

Extremely well. My parents purchased a Cadillac sedan back in 2006 (second time). Daniels has serviced the car and taken care of all warranty issues (we have had a few) with no problems.

This place is awesome. I bought my car almost a year ago. First of all I need to thank the salesperson (Gregg Clarke) for finding the car for me (it was hard to find what I wanted). The negotiation process was very pleasant and Gregg is very polite and very nice to deal with. The car is great. The dealership is very nice, very comfortable and inviting place, polite people, professional, very nice. I have taken my car there for service and it was great. Finally, almost one year later, Gregg is still in contact with me to make sure I am happy with the car. He calls and texts me to know how things are going with the car, happy birthday emails, and so on... I sometimes call him with questions and he is extremely helpful. Even now when I am having questions about transferring my lease to another state, he is helpful
with that, which is totally above and beyond his job. I love this place! Thanks Gregg and thanks Daniels dealership!

The service was excellent from the online reservation, to the handling of the paperwork, and the actual repairs. The service rep called once he had an estimate of the work required to get approval. The work was done well, the engine was cleaned and the car washed. On pickup, the work was explained and a written report of their inspection was provided with some additional work that should be done. However, unlike other dealers, there was no pressure to schedule the work or have it done there. In fact, on the first visit, I did work myself after rep was nice enough to rank jobs that I could do and provided some tips.
I took a loaner this time -- hassle free.
The only negative is that they are pricey compared to private shops. However, some of the repairs need a dealer. When compared to other dealerships (not BMW), the price is in line but the niceties are much better at Daniels.
I would recommend them for good service and a very pleasant experience!

They change all of the filters and do an oil change. They do a radiator flush. Full check of the car. They did an alignment. There are a lot of things that they do. They are very professional. I just bought a new car there.

I would give them failing grades across the boards. Don't use them if you have some place else to go.

They are an excellent service facility. They help you find the best deals for you. I would definitely use them again.

I wanted everyone to be aware that Daniel's BMW in Allentown tries to sell an "insurance policy" on the Goodyear Run Flat tires that are on some of their vehicles that are already under warrantee by Goodyear.  My husband bought a brand new BMW 550i with goodyear run flat tires.  After only three weeks there appeared, without any damage, potholes, etc) four bubbles in the passenger side tire on the side wall.I assumed that it would be replaced without issue, but the service dept told me I would have to pay for it ($500).  When I told them that the car was three weeks old, he said, you probably damaged it and even if you hit a nail on the way out of our parking lot after you buy the car, you have to pay for a new one, because runflats can't be replaced.  I spoke to the manager who looked at the tire and agreed that there was no sign of damage and told me that I would still have to pay for it until he could send it back to the manufacturer.  I refused to pay and he did put a new tire on, but when I looked up the warrantee, it was already covered for 1 year.  The coverage was even for obvious damage and included installation and balancing.  After the first year, the tire would be replaced at a prorated amount per the wear, but not installed and balanced.   I called Goodyear and they confirmed that it is under warrantee.  When I asked how the car dealership could try to resell a warrantee that is already on the car, they said that they have had other complaints and when asked the car dealership says they are also warranteeing the wheels.  That is not how they tried to sell it to me and shouldn't severe wheel damage be covered by car insurance?  I feel they are running a scam and had heard other complaints about that dealership, but went to them because they were the only BMW dealership close.  I would not use them again!!!!

They did a great job and we've been very happy with them.
