Culligan Water Conditioning of Allentown PA

We had our water filtration system maintenanced and reviewed, it was a bit pricey but was well communicated and we were able to decide what we wanted completed. Chuck was great and very informative providing information on self-maintenance and usage and was able to get up and running very quickly, was clean, quick, and prompt in his arrival as well, would recommend and will be using annually for maintenance.

The installers very nice people. They had everything done in 3 hrs. They showed me how to operate the unit. Then the manager called me a month later to see if I had any concern and I did so he made a trip to my house and he resolved the issue I had. I definitely recommend Culligan water softener

Everything worked out fine. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing, they would explain what they were doing as they were doing it. I felt like I learned something. They could increase their ablilty to make sure they could show up in a two hour window versus a four hour.

Show up when you say you are going to. That is a pet peeve of mine. It was always something. Why not just say we are not going to get there today, and that they would be here tomorrow morning. It was one of things where they just lied and lied and I did not like it. They came in like they were doing us a big favor. It was just bad.

Arrived as scheduled, Jeff was very knowledgeable with a very good work ethic. Job was completed in a timely fashion.  Chris, the sales rep. called a week later to check how system was working and schedule a follow up.  On the follow up visit a small leak was detected and Jeff returned the next day to correct.  A small O ring was replaced and remedied the leak.  Great job!

Quality equipment, quality service!
This Culligan soft water unit was installed in April of 2002 by Culligan of Allentown. This is the first time it has ever needed service!  More than twelve and a half years of continuous service, and with that, it basically just needed an, "I've Been Working Hard, My Parts Are Tired and Please Clean Me" service call!!   
The service manager / technician, Kevin Arnold, was very personable, and replied to all my layman questions, with much patience and complete explanations. (Even though, we know, he has been asked these questions probably hundreds of times) He even added helpful hints that had not even occurred to me.  Also, I would like to give Kevin kudos for his expertise on changing out the parts when dealing with a water unit.  A small amount of water was released on the top of the unit when he removed, what I would call the sub assembly, not one drop made it to the cement, basement floor.  Whoosh! Towel-at-the- ready, all droplets gone!  I am making a note of this for those who may have hardwood floors or rug under their units.  No need to worry with this company.

He did a free quote. Overall it was fine and we didn't have any issue at all. The price quote was a little bit high.
