TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
I have not had a great experience with them. We recently transferred everything, so that we have their triple play. We scheduled the appointment for them to install everything, and the technician was 2 hours late. They initially called me and told me that he would be there in half hour, and then he showed up an hour and half later. Their billing is extremely confusing, and I can't even figure out if I am saving any more at all. Even though I am saving money over all, it is not that much, and it is still a lot of money for the service that we are getting. I am using them for now, because I don't have another option unfortunately.
