CERTIFIED INSPECTION SERVICE LLC

I accompanied Mr. Burkhardt on his inspection, and was very impressed with his knowledge and candor. He was a bit more expensive than another quote I received, but I don't regret it. He offered a great deal of advice about a number of small issues with the house, which I plan to follow through on. He was very professional throughout, and provided a digital report with many photographs. My only minor quibble was that the written report had less detail than the ongoing conversation we carried on while he was doing the inspection, so I strongly recommend that you take a notepad and pen with you and take notes along the way. Overall, I was very pleased.

The inspection went very well. We walked through the inspection with the inspector. He delivered clear information; he was knowledgeable and friendly. Fortunately, he spoke in simple, understandable terms. The written report (via pdf file attachment) was superior. It included photographs of all the questionable areas and again, included easy to understand language. I will without reservation recommend this company in the future.
