Given the scope of this project, we searched the Lehigh Valley for price and selection. Hands down we found Joe Mascari had an edge. He pre-buys multiple hardwood flooring selections and was able to provide a better price for these options. His installer Paul is a craftsman.

Everything seemed to be fine but I have to say that the one that came out to initially measure everything, ordered the tile.  He really cut himself pretty short so at the end there wasn't one tile leftover.  The crew was good and they respect your property and everything, I can't complain about that.  But the only thing is then I noticed 2 tiles had to be replaced because there was a crack.  He really had no tile at all left, it took quite a few months for the replacements.  I had to remind him to now understand when he did the replacements, the shading was just a bit off because it was a new batch.  It is a just a shade darker and it is where you notice it.  There were 2 tiles like that, now I have extra tiles.  That's the only little disappointment, but other than that the crew was good.  I understand they do an excellent job installing hardwood floors, they do that more than the tile.  I understand they have an excellent price on it.  I bought carpeting from them and they also have great prices on carpeting and oriental rugs.
