The job was rushed.

They did a great job.

The job was reasonably priced. The workers were very nice and courteous. The job was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after themselves.

Rob was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and his installers got our old carpet up and new vinyl down well within our tight time constraints. They got everything in and looking beautiful even around some of the odd nooks and crannies in our closets. Very happy with the whole experience!

Carpet Diem did well for the hardest part of an extensive and costly job that included refurbishing hardwood floors, replacing plaster ceilings with dry wall, installing new carpeting, and hanging ceiling fans. The old ceilings were made of plaster and were sagging were replaced with new dry wall ceilings well. That's where the warm feelings end for me. The workers left many cigarette butts in the front lawn, left a bag of trash on my front lawn over the weekend that killed the grass where it laid, made many black marks on the freshly painted walls and didnt clean them up when installing the carpets, made a gauge in the hard wood floors and then blamed me fir doing it, installed ceiling fans crooked so they make a clicking noise when turned on, and then wanted $100 to come back and correct it. Rob is a nice guy and like I said, the hardest part of the extensive job was done well, but many other issues were not resolved in a professional way. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Carpet Diem was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are in the process of fixing up our house to sell and needed the work done quickly. Our finished basement needed carpet installed after it was damaged in a previous sewer backup. From the initial estimate to completion, Rob was very informative as to what was going to be done. Carpet Diem far and away exceeded my expectations in all regards. I contracted them to put down a mixture of vinyl, laminate, and carpet. Over the course of the projects I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and three of his guys. All of them were incredibly professional, and clearly dedicated to the quality of their work. Correspondance was fast and frequent, the work was done promptly, and Rob went above and beyond on correcting the one minor issue we encountered. I can't recommend them highly enough: I'm already making plans to use Carpet Diem for another flooring project.
