Chimney Repair, Chimney Cap Service + 1 more
Brick pointing was done well, as viewed at ground level
Masonry cap has not been inspected but assume it is okay given appearance of brick pointing
Clean up was terrible as all chipped out mortar was left in gutters, acid wash done on 3 visible sides of chimney and acid left on copper flashing and cricket to oxidize the copper. Acid wash obviously not followed by complete rinsing.
Stainless steel cap for chimney was paid for and never delivered or installed.
Schedules were not kept.
Followup calls not returned.
Owner contacted several time throughout project and would not return calls and on last communication set a date to meet at house and did not show.
