Moving
I was told that I would be contacted with a time of arrival for the movers. I did not get the call, they just showed up. The main mover was rude and disrespectful. They started the move, but then decided that they could not complete the work. They started to unpack the truck. It was at that point that I saw that they not only did not tag the items that they loaded into the truck, they also didn't cover the 150 year old china closet before they loaded it into the truck. I was very disappointed in their work.

Rich the coordinator and John the salesman both made the commitment to move me. They called me back shortly to cancel and reschedule. They also changed the price after they had already quoted me something else.
