A.S.R.E Concrete Hardscaping Snow Removal

We had gotten several estimates, and theirs was the most prompt and reasonably priced. We were very happy with the service and results. Very professional from start to finish. Great work at a great value. We would highly recommend them.

Went very well  & they even were able to bump us up at their own doing (was totally unexpected but very much appreciated by us!!)on their sched by two weeks due to the urgency of our "situation". From Nicole in the front office to all the other workers, supvs...etc..involved with this job, a great big " THANK YOU" for a job well done!!

We had a rep show up at our house on on 05/08/15 and go over the what we wanted done. Then we sat down and went over the scope of work and any changes we may have wanted done and then he gave us the estimate. The next day I had to call him to tell him of a change we wanted to make and there was no problem with the change and the change did not affect the estimate being a small but important change to a step that we needed. The team showed up on the 28th and did the demolition, base and form work and on the 29th came and did the pour and edging work outside the forms. The two men they sent to do the work we prompt and professional at all times during the work. We would recommend and use them again. We did have to cal the office for a confirmation and the secretary did apologize for not getting back to us but we were confirmed and hey I know that these things do happen. It is very minor and there were no flimsy excuses used. To me this shows the integrity of the company and their employees. They owned up to the mistake and apologized. I have had other companies in the past that try to cover up the mistake and offer a lie or flimsy excuse but as I said they had the integrity and good business sense not to try and insult their customer's intelligence. If you use them You will not be disappointed.

Showed up on time for the initial work, pleasant attitude, no problems that day. Returned two days later (Friday) to lay the sod on the yard and stated they would return Tues or Wed to patch the driveway. They didn't show up or call. I called the primary company on Thursday to find out what was going on. Recieved call back Friday that now Advanced Excavating wouldn't be out until the following Monday or Tuesday. They didn't show or call again.This whole time I have a muddy (from watering the sod) ditch in my front yard and dont' have the use of my driveway. They finally showed up that Thursday while I was at work to do the patch. Driveway looks ok, but then they left cones blocking the patched part off. No instructions as to when I could use the driveway etc. I called on Monday to find out when I could use my driveway again. No call back, no communication again. They finally showed the following Friday and picked up the cones. It was a very frustrating experience for me. A little communication could have made it better. Weather wasn't a factor as we had quite a streak of lovely weather during that time.

called up asked if they could come out to my house ana give me a estimate on a concrete patio. No problem,they gave me a time and a date.They came out  checked it out asked me what i wanted ,what i was actually looking for.Gave me a price, Now all Im wating for is a start date/time

It took a few weeks to schedule the work, but it was completed within two days.

They were fabulous. They paid attention to details. These guys were wonderful. My husband and I were around when they were doing the work, out of curiosity we wanted to see what they were doing. They were very receptive to us being there and watching. They did a great job. I can't really say anything they went wrong. I recommend them highly. They were very good. We would use their services again in the future. I already asked them to give me a quote for a possible side-by-side walkdown in the front yard next year.
