I made an appointment to wait while my car was being worked on, to avoid the dropping off/picking up time waste.



Chris got to work on it on time, gave it a thorough inspection (including a list of maintenance checks like fluid levels and belt tightnesses from the Mazda3 manual) and got me out in about 45 minutes.



The waiting area is small but comfortable and comes with WiFi, allowing me to pass the time watching something from Netflix.

This started out as a nightmare no one wants - my 2002 Jeep Liberty needed to be towed in the middle of the night. The clutch just and quot;wentand quot; when my husband attempted to come home from work. We could not leave it where it was. AAA wanted to know where to tow it to. Good question!! I searched the internet immediately, trying in record-time to find a trust-worthy place to take it to. I'd say I came across 5 possibilities. How to choose? Arts Servicenter had a really nice website, some of the other options didnt have a website at all. I knew it would be a big repair job and was hoping Art's was not a mistake. Who wants to make a thousand-dollar decision in 15 minutes without speaking to any company employee? I made the decison... tow it there. I then emailed the owners (their emails / names were included on the website). Basically, and quot;I had to choose a place to leave my Jeep tongiht. I chose your place based on your website. I hope you really are fair and that you treat us as well as your site says you will. Call me when you get in, in the AM.and quot;
Fast forward... they were great. We got estimates pretty quickly, friendly and fast. The estimates were fair. We had to wait three days to get the work done. It wasn't in their existing schedule, so that is understandable. They asked us our opinion of their service (via email) after service. I think we have a new service center for the and quot;bigand quot; things that go wrong. It was one experience, but we will go there again when we have vehicle issues.

They repaired the car as soon as possible. They believed they repaired the part that was causing the problem, but would not let us pay for it until they were sure. Told us to drive it for a week and then come back to pay. Very impressive. We have been to this garage several times and they have always been very helpful and honest with reasonable prices.

They're honest, friendly, and always get the job done when they say its going to get done.

I find them to be honest and helpful. They are able to fix any problem or simply tell me that it's beyond the scope of what they do. They have routinely changed the timing belt on my Honda and Toyota as well. So, they can work on foreign cars too. Changing the timing belt is pretty expensive especially when you take it to the dealership, but their price for it is much more reasonable. I would take my car to them in the future too.
