I was in a car accident and Glenn and his body shop was the shining light in a dark tunnel. I called about a handful of shops off several review sites (Yelp, Angie’s List, Google, etc.) to try to get an assessment/quote for the damage. Almost all of them talked down to me, treated me like a child, or couldn’t get my car towed from the auto lot to their shop. Glenn was the only one who talked to me like an adult and offered MORE than enough help/resources with my car. He remained patient, kind, and understanding throughout this two-month ordeal. He assessed my car, gave me other options that didn’t include fixing it, and was VERY patient as I considered my options. Whenever I called, he picked up on the first ring. I once even emailed him after hours and wasn’t expecting an answer until sometime the next day, only to wake up around 5:30 AM and see a reply. The work he did was just amazing. When I pulled in the driveway and saw my car finished, my jaw dropped, and I couldn’t help but scream in excitement. My car looked AMAZING. It takes me about 20-25 minutes to get home from Angstadt, and the car had no problems whatsoever, even on 78. I was astonished with the results and the service. When I hopped in my car, the first thing I noticed was that he cleaned up on the inside. From dusting/vacuuming my car to picking up change and other items that were jostled around from the crash. I had leftover tape residue on my passenger side window, and even that was cleaned up. If you have the chance to use Glenn’s shop for any of his services, I highly suggest going to him. He’s kind, organized, and goes above and beyond to get the job done. For all the work I had done on my car, the price was fair (we had to get new parts, used wasn’t an option) and payment was easy. This was my first time having to get bodywork done on my car, and I’m so glad I went with Angstadt Auto Body. The quality of service and skill that Glenn has to offer made the price and time worth it.

Bought a car at Co-part auto auction, repaired all damage, and took the car here after the first location I went to insisted that I need to remove ALL window tint from all windows. Removing window tint is difficult, and the rear window had a defrost circuit that I was concerned would be damaged. This location said , no issue, and executed the special inspection and completed the complex paper work perfectly. Price for the final re-inpsection was $50, a little high, but I did not mind paying them for being professional in the more complex inspection.

I was pleased with the straightforward, friendly manner of dealing with Glenn Angstadt, as well as the quality and price for the job done. 



Finding his place was a bit of a challenge - 625 Grammes Lane in Allentown is the correct address, just a bit hidden away.  Take Blue Barn road south from Tilghman, under rt.22, then first left onto Oak View, then first right onto Grammes.  Angstadt's is clearly marked with a 2' x 3' sign at the road, but you just see a white house from the road.  Just go up the long drive to the spacious 3 bay garage behind the house,  where you'll find Glenn and his coworker repairing cars.



Glenn promptly stopped what he was doing and assessed the damage to my car, took some notes and contact info and emailed me a quote that night.  The price was about $150 less than another (large) shop that I'd been to, and seemed to be reasonable.  He said he could schedule the car to start in 2 weeks, then take up to 5 days (actually took a bit over 3).  I accepted the quote by phone.



I was concerned since he had a small operation, but selected his shop owing to the positive Angie's List recommendation and the neat, organized appearance of his 3 bay garage.



I left the car with him about 7:45am Monday. Later, I asked him by email if he would check the air pressure in the tires, since my wife had told me the tire pressure light had come on, and I was concerned a tire might have picked up a nail and need to be fixed. He found they were just low, but I appreciated that he checked and filled the tires.



He called Thursday am and said the car was done, and confirmed the price was as estimated, so we arranged a time to pick up the car and pay by check (no credit cards).  The job looked great!



It's good to have a body shop I can rely on, in my list of helpful shops!

Glenn Angstadt was very professional as was his staff. The price was competitive. He gave me an Angie's list discount from a coupon I provided. All transactions were very pleasant. The shop was immaculate, and the quality of work seemed to me to be excellent and was completed when promised. I was extremely satisfied.

Everything went very smoothly!  Angstadt's is Professional and courteous and does excellent work.  Not only would I recommend them, I've been there again myself.
