I came in to Allen Supply looking for a part to replace. I had A leaking kitchen Faucet, Specifically the Spout. It was leaking at the base. When I gave the Spout to the Gentleman behind the counter and told him what I needed, he immediately knew what the brand and Model # was without even seeing the #. (It was to small to see unless you carefully looked at it.) It was a Moen, Model 7700. He Immediately told me that this spout was no longer made and unavailable, Discontinued by Moen. I saw that this man knew his stuff. This news though would make replacement difficult as the other parts on my kitchen sink are all Moen and use all those parts to fit the sink. He suggested I call Moen, That they may be able to do something for me. He even gave me the number to call. Well I did, and Moen will be replacing the faucet free of charge. The Gentleman at Allen Supply was Very Helpful and Knowledgeable. This is the kind of customer service that we need these days, and I certainly will go out of my way to see them again when I need to purchase Some new plumbing supplies. AAA+++
