I called Action Party Rental because the oroginal rental compmay I had set up the delivery of a tent, BBQ grill and propane tanks did not show on the day and time I needed them to. I called Action in a panic, the intital response on the phone was of understanding. I needed to have the items at my facility site an hour ago for an employee event, and they came through for me. I was most greatful and the BBQ was a sucess dispite the heavy rain that day, thanks to Action Party Rental.
