AAA-1 LOCK CO LLC

On April 30, 2018, I called the number listed (610-486-3969) to check availability. I left a detailed message as to what I wanted to have done with the intent of stopping by the shop so the work could be performed. It is now 10 days later and I still haven't received a return call. Good thing I'm not locked out of my house! Perhaps the owner of this business should use Angie's List to find a new answering/forwarding service.

Mike arrived promptly, kept on task in spite of my emotional state. He insured & understood. It was frustrating not to have needed parts in stock or a door that was faulty, not aligned due to age and humidity. He kept calm & focused. He is mindful of time, efficient. His bill is detailed & clear.

Everything went great. He arrived early, was very nice and the work was done quickly. I would hire them again.

We scheduled AAA to handle a sensitive issue in Hamburg PA with the unfortunate departure of some personnel. I spoke and dealt with Sandi Tomanik. She had a technician ready and dispatched to come to us(1hr+ drive from their location) to perform the tasks we requested. Their technician was on stand by waiting on our confirmation. There was miscommunication on our end and another vendor was sent out and performed the tasks we originally scheduled through AAA. Pricing from AAA was good and staff were great to deal with it was just unfortunate that there was someone else hired.

It went very well. They were very professional, and you could see the locksmith knew exactly what he was doing. Job well done.

They were wonderful right from my first contact with Sandy. She understood my situation of tenants that abandoned the property and the need to change locks immediately. She sent Mike out before 11:00 that morning and he sent me pictures of a door that had been kicked in. He changed all of the locks, repaired the back door and secured it. I will definitely use them when I need my locks changed at any of my rental properties.

It was an emergency as I locked myself out of the house and I needed to get to work. They were on other calls but managed to get there in about 45 minutes, which isn't too bad. Of course I would have liked quicker but I understand.

After some unanticipated delays, the contractor finally arrived. He did keep me informed that he was "delayed" as a result of "other (more important?) work; however, once he arrived he completed the work in a professional manner. I was satisfied with the results.

I called AAA at 7:45am and the guy was at my house around 9am! The woman on the phone was very pleasant and quoted me a fair price. I was surprised when she then told me someone could be out to do the job today. I actually got a lower price quote from another company, but the friendliness of the person on the phone and the fact that they could get the job done today made me decide to go with AAA - I'm glad I did! The man who came to house was prompt (I was told he would be there between 9:30 and 10:15 or so, but he showed up early, just after 9) and professional. He confirmed what I wanted done, and got to work quickly. I'm happy with how it turned out, and I'm also very happy that my new home now has new locks! If I need a locksmith in the future, I would certainly use these guys again. I just wish they offered an Angies list discount!

Called in the morning and AAA was there in less than half an hour. Repairman evaluated the problem and set to work, disassembling the lock, repairing it, and reassembling it. By the time another half hour passed the problem was solved. The billing was as quoted on the phone. My door works fine, the cost was reasonable, and it was promptly repaired. I am happy.

They gave same-day service and were very upfront and honest about pricing. They came out on a Sunday during a long holiday weekend at minimal cost. I will definitely use them in the future.

Arrived on time. Rekeyed all the locks and showed us how to reset the code on the push button lock set. Made several extra keys for us. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely use them again.

The locksmith arrived on time. He was able to quickly remove the old knob. He recommended a better brand knob that would tolerate the abuse the door gets. He made the new key and all of our current keys fit the doorknob flawlessly. He installed screws into the door jam to prevent too much pressure on the door lock. He was quick, but thorough. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

I called first thing in the morning and they were at my door by noon with all the locks rekeyed and ready to install. The overall time at my home was about 1 1/2 hrs as promised. I was very impressed by their professionalism and speed at which they responded. I would definately use this company again.

I called and they came out the same day. Quickly did the work and it was done very professionally. I felt they could fix any lock problem that I would have in the future.

In making the appointment, I was greeted on the phone by an extremely polite and personable individual, who went above and beyond to meet our scheduling needs. I'm told that the service technician was on time. professional, courteous and got the job done efficiently and effectively. The price was fair. Couldn't ask for more!

Called and spoked to Sandy, told her that I wanted to have the locks in our new home rekeyed. She wanted to have someone come out that same day, I wasn't available so we decided that Wednesday would work for us. They came out rekeyed out doors and made additional keys right there on the spot. Very professional and very reasonable. Very happy with the out come.

Just moved and wanted the locks re-keyed. I called and was told that they could be out the next day so I scheduled the work. They arrived when they said they would (always a big plus!) and had a professional appearance. The locksmith got right to work and was careful not to damage anything. He rekeyed two locks and cut four keys. The keys all work great. Overall, a great experience.
