Roofing
They did not remove the previous shingles. In places where they did put wood behind the facia, it was set in so far that we couldn't have gutters put on the right way. In one place there is no wood behind the facia. So we were having bats coming in through that portion of the roof. We had a pest control service come out and they are unable to remove the bats as they are endangered and can't be removed without tearing apart that portion of the facia. The roofer at Peachey's made me feel assured he knew what he was doing, but the process has been a disaster. I am home during the days and I asked them while they were doing the job what the process was. He advised he was open for suggestions, but I have no knowledge prior to of roofing. He did not make me feel comfortable and seemed very inexperienced. After he was paid the money for the job he became less and less reliable.
