The girl who answered the phone, Sue, acted as if she couldn not be bothered with speaking to me. I thought this was very rude of her. I will not be using this company.

The initial ordering and service was good, friendly, helpful and courteous. We were told it would take about ten days for liner to arrive. However the liner actually took over three weeks to arrive. Once the liner delivered, Hopewell Pools did a wonderful job installing it.

I called Hopewell Pools and Spas (Pools, Spas and More) and a girl answered the phone. I explained that we had moved to a house with a spa and wanted to get it checked to see if everything was working properly. She was very short on the phone and said that a technician would call back. A gentleman called days later on a Sunday evening and said that he would be out the next day. No one showed up and no one called on Monday. So I called another service company. The following day, a technician from Hopewell Pools called and said that he would be there in 15 minutes, I explained that they were supposed to be there the previous day and that I called another company. He was not happy and said it was unfortunate that they couldn't help. I told him that I was sure that we would be there to buy supplies so there was still a business opportunity. Well, a couple weeks later my husband called back to inquire about a small part and asked if it was in stock, the lady was very rude and said that she didn't know and would have someone call him back. The call never came. Very disappointing. We were warned to stay away from them for service calls, but thought we would give them a try anyhow. Lesson Learned.

We recently made the down payment on an above ground, semi inground pool
and a large storage shed. Work has not started yet so we can not grade
that part but the price was great and we hope to begin soon, weather
permitting. When all is complete I will rate everything again.

Their price was about average. They were very helpful in answering pool questions, and I would use them again in the future.

Not very good

He is very thorough. He recommends that you take your water in and they have a computerized testing that they do right there. You take a sample of your water in and they will tell you exactly what you need and show you what you need and how much you need to put into the pool to balance it to get everything up going to maintain it throughout the season. They are very courteous and they don't try to up charge you with other items. They will tell you exactly what you need to replace and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. We will absolutely use them again.
