I have a large old tree in my yard. Obviously, it will have windblown branches falling onto my lawn on a regular basis. I understand that this might mean an extra charge, but that was not offered. The first mowing, they didn't even move the branches, just mowed around them. I complained and they returned and did a better job. But next time, they did move the branches to mow, but put them directly on my back side walk. I am not able to move these branches myself. (Nor should I have to!!) The branch had to be moved to go up this walk. As I said, I would have understood if they had told me my situation would be a higher price, but they just did a terrible job.

They did just what I was hoping for and I m pleased. Update: 05/30/2021. They provided very basic lawn mowing and weed-whacking. I cannot do it while injured, and the price is very cheap. If it were more, I would want them to do a good job but it takes them less than 8 minutes to do an acceptable job on my large yard and keep my neighbors happy. The only real cons are that they keep killing my border plants by weed-whacking them to bits, and they often forget to show up at all. The cost of replacing the plants they keep decapitating makes the service a little too expensive for me so this will be the last summer I use them. Next summer I should be able to walk and mow again on my own.

Arrives on time and cuts and trims our grass in a very timely manner. We hardly know he was here except the lawn looks great. Price is great. I would highly recommend.
