D'Eramos Air Conditioning & Heating LLC

My family has dealt with Deramo's  for 30 years. I have NEVER had a problem with Mr. Deramo or his staff. I trust them completely. That is why I left my house key so that they could check my furnace when I was not able to be there. My furnace was replaced mid-winter on the day before New Years Eve & my daughter had a party planned for New Years Eve. All went well without a glitch. 
Service was prompt. Response to my initial call was immediate. Mr. Deramo called me with his prognosis within 3 hours of my first call to request service. We made arrangements for replacement  during that phone call & everything was done in less than 24 hours from his call.
The price that he quoted me was the exact cost. No add ons. It included the initial service call. I felt no need to get different cost estimates because I have never felt over-charged by this company. I did casually peruse prices after the fact & found that the price I paid was on the very low end of prices advertised by other companies.
I think that the site of installation was left CLEANER than when they started! There were no muddy footprints. There were np metal shavings, furnace dust, or parts left behind.
I give them an A every time because there is no A+!

Well! Hard working, completion in 3 hours.

They had prompt service. If I call they are normally here the next day. Anytime that they are here, they let know me what I could do to help the maintenance.

The service I received from D'eramos was very professional. I was pleased with the technicians that were sent to install my new A/C. They were very courteous, professional and cleaned the area where they worked. I would highly recommend this family owned local company.

The work gets done; I think they're very fair, the attendant that came out was professional and like what they say "What needs to be done, gets done." I have no complaints.
