I will NEVER, EVER step foot in this store, EVER again.
Mark, the owner, was, cold, uncaring, uninterested, and did nothing to resolve the situation, nor did he care to it seemed.
The blonde woman he has working out front was worse. She was insulting, condescending, untruthful, ignorant, and inappropriate with her behavior.
I went in there to purchase items in the weekly flyer and left with half of what I wanted, yet charged for everything. There was no resolving it with the blonde lady's demeanor regarding the situation. I had to file a report with the police, consulted with an attorney over their behavior and disputed the charge with my credit card company. It was one of those times I wish someone had their camera phone out so it could have been seen by more...
