BRUCE AND CARL WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WHEN INSTALLING THE FLOOR, THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DISTURB ANY OTHER PARTS OF THE HOUSE. THEY BLOCKED OFF THE FAMILY ROOM SO THAT DUST FROM SANDING THE NEW HARDWOOD WOULD NOT DISSEMINATE THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION OF THEM.
