Over charged, still finding outlets that don’t work. Should have taken two electrical panels (used to be two units turned into one) and made into one. Cost us more money. Should have been done right the first time.

Our ceiling fan installation required a return trip because the fan required a rework of the supplied parts, custom fitting of new parts and professional adjustment of the fan. I called Thursday at 3:00. Friday at 9:00 the work began. Customer satisfaction is 100%. Highly recommend Awesome Electric.

Brian and his crew, did a great job, and knows what needs to be done the right way. Even the county electrical inspector gave Brain and his crew at Awesome Electric compliments and props! It was great! I had a circuit that kept tripping, called Brian to set up an appointment for troubleshooting, he explained my choices and how to avoid shorting out the breaker until he got there. I opted for the "invasive check", where a team checked everything from top to bottom, I did not need a new service box, Brian told me he would not sell me something I did not need. They were respectful, efficient, thorough, professional . I highly recommend the invasive check, well worth $ for the peace of mind, and to know where I stand with my electrical needs going forward.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to schedule me a date and time that was convenient for me. They also gave me an estimate on the cost and even tried to give me suggestions on performing the services myself so I didn't have to pay someone else to do it. On the day of the service to be performed they had called a half hour before to confirm my appointment and a heads up. Both Brian and Von were very professional and courteous. They had put on masks before entering my house and even asked if we wanted them to keep their shoes on or have them taken off. They described what they had to do to get my nest thermostat to work and kept me updated throughout the duration of the service. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure the thermostat, furnace, and air conditioner were working properly before leaving. I would definitely recommend Awesome Electric and will be using them in the future if I need to. Moreover, The price I paid and the effort saved from doing it myself I thought was very reasonable.

Brian and Von were absolutely incredible to work with!! We received a nest for our wedding about 6 months ago and had tried EVERYTHING to get it set up. We were back and forth with nest support, scouring YouTube videos and nothing was working. We called Brian and he originally tried to walk us through how to do it ourselves but we didn't want to spend any more time or frustration so we hired him to come out and take a look. Even though we were a small job in comparison to some of the other work he performs, he still made us feel valued and important. We definitely had an interesting case but he made sure to do whatever he needed to to get it working properly and we're so happy with the service and quality! I would absolutely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone needing electrical services!

Brian and his crew where great to work with. He explained what they would do to correct the problems I had with my electric and the work was done in a timely manner. They even ran into a glitch installing a light switch in my basement but they went above and beyond to make it work. He also found some wiring problems and corrected those. They also clean up after the work is done. They were pleasant and even fun to deal with. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

I was scheduled for a 9AM appt and was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete the 2 tasks The crew showed up on time at 9AM and finished in under 80 minutes. Then took the time to explain to me what they did, asked if the work was acceptable and they left zero mess. Would definitely hire again. Super polite, courteous, very friendly.

"I would politely ask that is review be removed. Our phone records indicate that we called this client on July 1st 2020 at 12:01 pm. The request was submitted on June 29th 2020 and Our company was closed from June 26th thru June 30 due to vacation. All leads were shut down during this time. As soon as we returned to the Pittsburgh area. All inquiries that had been made during this time were contacted immediately. Unfortunately, If a customers voicemail was full during this time. We were unable to leave a message. Plus, We were scheduled out 30 days at this time. I would like to not only apologize to this customer. But any customer that ever feels over looked. We try everyday to do or best to take care of all of our customer's needs. We are a small but growing company. We hope to increase our ability to service more customers in a timely fashion as time moves forward. Thank you."

Brian and his son gave me a heads up call and showed up on time. The switch replacement took less than 15 minutes and only cost $105 ($80 arrival + $25 switch). Brian is a very nice, polite guy...I will call them first the next time that I have any electrical issues. Found them on the internet and got lucky!

The name of the company says it all!! Brian and his electricians were professional, experienced, and very friendly. Brian either answers his phone or returns calls within an hour! And they showed-up on time which I can't remember the last time a contractor has! I am definitely using Awesome Electrical in the future and highly recommend them.
