He set up times to come out and give me an estimate. He would then not return phone calls when he would never show up. He gets an F for effort.

About four years ago we had the house painted by a company that disappointed us. Chris Arena came out to assess the peeling paint and discussed options--whole house paint or major touch-up. We chose a combination and received an estimate promptly.
The workers were about three weeks out on work. When we reached the top of the list the crew arrived as promised. They were courteous, tidy and very professional painters. The prep work and painting were done carefully and efficiently. Clean-up was done each day. Roger, the head of the crew, was fabulous. He trouble-shot some minor repairs--a sticky door and a garage door bottom--that he recognized as problems. Most painters would have ignored the issues but he treated our house as if it were his. The entire job took six days
After the terrible experience we had with the previous painters these guys were fabulous. I definitely recommend them.

Chris arrived on Monday with one coworker to pressure wash and prepare for the painting the next day. He took time to review all the details with me that day, confirming paint finishes and reviewing all of the work that would be done. He returned Tuesday morning with a larger crew and the painting began. Chris and his crew were punctual, polite and very professional from start to finish. We are very pleased with the repairs and the quality of work. The paint job looks great. The entire job was complete with everything cleaned up by Thursday afternoon. He was very easy to work with.

Chris Arena painted the house for the previous owners 15 years ago. I contacted him for an estimate along with some other companies. I decided to go with him because I'd already seen his work from the previous owners and it had held up pretty well. His estimate was comparable to other estimates I received. I was extremely satisfied with his workmanship and impressed with his crew who were very respectful and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Arena.

They did a great job patching my plaster walls and painting the entire interior. The walls look fantastic! They were fast, showed up on time, and left my house looking great.
