My old furnace left me many times without heat, and I called Heeter's to service it. He told me I basically need a new one. I bought one from him for around $2000.00. The first winter it worked fine. The second winter every month I had to call and have it serviced over and over again with the same problem. A nozzle and another part. They were worse than a car dealer that sells a lemon that nickels and dimes a person. My boyfriend asked the service man to replace the lines from the furnace to the tank and to put a new filter on the lines. The lines that were supposedly replaced were USED lines and there was no filter!!! On the lines,which clogged the lines with dirt and debris from the tank. The repair man was called out to fix and he always said it was due to the nozzle and filter. I eventually had another person who I know that works at another furnace repair service look at it and he put new lines with filters on the furnace and my troubles were over and so were my phone calls and bills to Heeter's.
