I was delighted with David’s work as well as his reasonable rate. He arrived on time, finished the job when he said he would, and cleaned up when the project was finished!

This is the message I received from Dave the day he was scheduled to do my pointing. "I showed up and had no room to do anything and almost got in an accident so I left. with what I had to work with and no room to work I wasn't happy with doing it , sorry". I live on a wide street and work was in a open driveway, I'm so confused. He did even give me a curtesy call to let me know he wasn't coming. Why do contractors do this.
