It went great! ? the service was great Chris was the guy that installed my security system. He also showed me how to work my security system, also download the app on my phone, added it to my TV and showed me how to work the app on my phone. I wasn't expecting him to show me in detail, he did. I'm thinking about adding more security cameras. I would definitely recommend Pocono Smart Homes to, family, and friends. 100% Fully satisfied. Returned all my calls/messages in a timely manner. Did excellent job running Cat 6 cables to my basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor as well as wiring for the electrical work. Very diligent, easy going, friendly, responsible and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Very well! Chris was very fast to respond, then come out to look at what needed to be done, then sent an estimate, after i gave approval, Chris purchased and installed the equipment promptly. Fantastic customer service. He is definitely my go to guy for antenna issues in the future!
