They installed a mini split for me on 07/15/24, two outside units and two inside units. John is a good guy, very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Very fair price. They did a very neat and clean install. It works great. I Highly recommend them.

I have used them twice.  Once in 10.2012 and this past July.  They did some work in my crawlspace.  They worked on the heating system and added an emergency operating sump pump back up.  The worker who installed the sump pump, didn't connect the sump pump to the outside pvc piping correctly.  Because they didn't check sump pump at the time of installation, I did not find out until it rained. The owner John Person came out, looked at it and instead of fixing it said that whoever installed it originally did not do it correctly.  This sump pump was working fine for 9 years until they did their repairs. When they replaced the pump they didn't connect the fittings. He basically didn't do anything.  The person who installed it initially came out the next day.  They added an additional 2 inch pvc fitting and fixed it right away.  John Person as a plumber should have been able to identify this himself, he could have fixed in 2 minutes instead he just blamed others. Once the new unit was installed as a part of the warrantee I get 2 service follow-ups. One in the summer and one in the winter.  When I called him to honor the service agreement, he set up multiple appointments and no called, no showed on all appointments.  I would not recommend him to anyone else.
