"Yes This is correct I told the customer many times what she was requesting can not be done. I can not put a strip in between the stove and wall with nothing under it to attach it too. it is only 1" wide not 3". Also they were told in the beginning that they were responsible for caulking the top of the back splash due to the fact they were putting up a tile backsplash Now they changed there mind AGAIN and are not going to do tile. I can not keep going back and forth 7 times so far when the customer isn't sure of what they want. I feel they should of hired a designer to lay out what they are doing and not wait to see if they like it after they install something then change it. I also sent the warranty to them as with the filled out papers they were told they needed to do nothing I have taken care of everything for them. Did they also tell you that they wanted me to honor a price I gave them 15 months earlier My feelings are you can go that extra yard but sometimes the yards never end. I guess I should of not taken this client my first flag was when I walked in after calling to confirm the time they acted like I was interfering with their dinner after they set the time. Oh well lesson learned."
