Proquality Group

So far they have installed the furring strips to the rear of the home and a part of the side, and installed the EasyGard housewrap to the rear. So far, so good.

It's now October 8th, and it's been 5 months since we first signed with them to put the siding on our house. FIVE MONTHS, and it's still not complete. They are very close, and only have some very minor and small things to do to complete the job, yet they leave it and don't show up to get things done. My wife is VERY unhappy and feels that they really just don't give a darn about us. He says he's waiting on the shutters to come in (apparently still on order, even though we discussed having these installed right after they started way back when), but why not finish up all these other things so all they would need to do would be to come back and put the shutters on? I really don't understand. To be honest, if I had done my job the way they have done their job, I would have been fired a long time ago.

We highly, highly recommend ProQuality. It's hard to find a contractor to trust--we've been burned in the past--so we feel really lucky we found ProQuality!
