Computer Sales
It was very good. They built a high end system for me. There were some problems initially with the computer that seemed to be related to the new Windows 7 operating system. They worked with me to resolve the issues and it was fine after that. About a year after I got the computer the high end video card failed. I took the unit back to them. They installed a loaner video card and sent the failed video card back to the manufacturer. The video card manufacturer replaced the video card. After it arrived they called me and replaced the loaner video card with the new card from the manufacturer. The loaner video card allowed me to continue using my computer without interruption. They did this replacement for me under their warrenty. My only complaint would be that the guy that I dealt with wasn't quick to return calls. As long as I caught him when I called he was fine but he would take a while to return a call if I had to leave a message. Overall I am quite pleased with Esh Computer's service.
