He was here within about a half hour of my call. He ascertained the problem, got the materials and replaced the pump. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We're very happy with the work done. Plus, we have better water pressure than we've ever had in the 38 years we've been living here. We'll definitely call him again whenever we need a plumber.
