I just placed an order for heating oil over the phone. The woman I spoke with was extremely coutreous. You are able to order over the phone as well as online. You can also have your tank filled - some suppliers require that you specify a particular amount which is not the easiest thing to estimate if you want the tank filled. Another great benefit is that you can view their current prices online and don't have to make a phone call. Very easy to work with and great prices!
