While he was checking, and other mechanic took a good look at the underside of the car, noting that this a vehicle that should never have passed inspection from it's previous garage, just 3 weeks prior
They suggested that we forget about the radiator, and concentrate on getting our money back from the garage that stole my daughters life savings by passing inspection on an undrivable car, which was then sold by a private party to me.
I called the PA DOT, they sent inspectors to this facility for an audit, only to find many shady deals on car inspections.  The facility (Plaza Auto and Towing in on Ranck Mill Rd) will be fined and shut down, thanks to the kindness of the mechanics at Clarks, and the hard work of the DOT's Quality Assurance Officer,
Clarks is by far the most trustworthy, genuine, honest group of guys to ever turn a wrench.  Do not think twice about their quality - what they lack in ambiance, they more than make up for in good, fair prices, an honest days' work, and friendly advice, een when it won't lead to a job for them selves.  They know the value of a hard-earned reputation!
