They even carried a few packed items for my daughter, who was moving. They came within 3 days after calling to make an appointment. We were limited on time for my daughter's move. They understood. They didn't charge for the short notice. My husband underestimated the sizes of the 2 rooms and little hallway, so they did charge a few more bucks. Efficient with a good job trying to get out the OLD tenant's stains, but to no avail. We were worried that whoever we got would not please the landlord, which meant she would not have to give back the rent deposit. The landlord ask if we had THE professionals clean the rugs. We told her who came and showed her the name. She said they did a really good job. She used someone else, so hopefully she will give them a call.

Initially, like all the water restoration companies after a storm, they were very busy and unable to come out to pick up the water right away. However, within a day they were able to schedule an appointment even though it was Labor Day weekend. (They were the only restoration company that returned our phone call and even tried to come out and help us). Joe and Megan own the company and they are extremely accomodating. Joe was very professional, assessed the water damage, told us what he recommended and gave us an estimate. My husband asks lots of questions and is always very sceptical about repairmen. Joe said he would only clean up/repair what we wanted and never tried to and quot;recommendand quot; any further treatments. He was not pushy or dramatic about what needed to be done. A large dehumidifier was set up along with 2 large fans to dry out the basement after the initial water extraction. He came back to our home everyday to check on the drying process so he could remove the equipment asap to limit our bill as the fans and dehumidifier are charged per day of usage. On the third day, Joe came back to our home to make alterations to our dryer vent so that we would not have any further water enter our basement incase of another flash flood. We have lived in this house for 8 yrs and nothing like this has ever occurred.

I handled this entire process by phone, email, and Skype for the home's resident who needed major assistance. This was a big job. Rainbow (Megan) responded immediately with a thorough examination and detailed estimate within days. The remediation crew went in and worked quickly and expertly. They always managed to do the extra things that needed to be addressed and never charged for the additional time or materials. Insurance helped cover the costs of the project. We couldn't be more pleased with the service.
